Products with a manufacturers defect
may be returned for replacement of the same or like item. Refer to
our Guarantee/Warranty.
Any unused product which does not
meet our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee may be returned per
our Guarantee/Warranty.
Due to the nature of our products,
any product showing signs of use is not returnable or refundable.
All product being returned requires
a Return Authorization Number which can be obtained by calling
Customer Service at
(224) 588-2498.
Return Authorization Numbers must be
requested within 48 hours from the time the product was accepted by
the customer.
Return Authorization numbers are
valid for 14 days.
We will not accept returns without a
valid Return Authorization Number. Unauthorized packages will be
refused and returned to the sender. Customers will be responsible
for all associated shipping and handling charges.
